Comparison of GP5+/GP6+ and TDP3 amplification of HPV sequences from a FFPE breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Sample DNA in PCR, A: 450 ng, B: 325 ng, C: 225 ng, D: 100 ng, E: 20 ng. The TDP3 assay facilitated detection of HPV in 100 ng, 225 ng and 325 ng sample, whereas with GP5+/6+ assay conditions a HPV was detectable (weak band) only when 225 ng sample was in the PCR. 50 cycles of PCR were used with each of the protocols.
