Normal Cervix Hybridized with Biotin-Labeled pUC18. A. Normal cervix hybridized with biotin-labeled pUC18 and developed with AEC substrate (applied for 10 minutes) results in a clean background. B. Normal cervix hybridized with biotin-labeled pUC18 and developed with DAB substrate (applied for 3 minutes) results in brown-stained cytoplasm and punctate-like signals especially at nuclei circumferences and in the cytoplasm. Scale Bar: 10μm
