Flow-chart for diagnosis of suspicious metastatic cervical lymph nodes (CLN) from thyroid cancer patients. Following fine-needle aspiration biopsies (FNAB) samples for Tg protein and Tg/CT mRNA measurements should be collected but their analysis restricted to cases with uninformative or clinically unsound FNAB-C diagnosis.
